Each unit carries a unique QR code: raw-material batch (supplier lot, incoming QC report) → process (operator, equipment parameters) → outgoing inspection data → after-sales records, queryable end to end.
Every water-purifier semi-finished unit passes a 0.8 MPa hydrostatic test for 30 minutes — 2–3× normal tap pressure — plus a 0.05 MPa low-pressure constant test.
Electrical safety, installation reliability, fitting compatibility & sealing, system stability — system-managed data with automatic fault reporting, so 100% of units ship qualified.
Every unit runs online for at least one hour under production-system monitoring before packing.
Our factory has been assessed by SGS as a supplier for international buyers. The full supplier assessment report is shared with qualified buyers under NDA, together with business license and ISO certificates.
